Please note the following procedures:

  • You may choose to complete an on-line order form for initiation packets and pay via credit card through PayPal. Only chapter advisors should complete the form. You may continue to pay by check.
  • INITIATE MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION INFORMATION MUST BE SUBMITTED AT THE TIME OF PAYMENT. NO INITIATION MATERIALS WILL BE SENT BEFORE THIS INFORMATION IS RECEIVED.
  • New IRS rules for non-profit organizations will require an annual financial report to maintain tax-exempt status for all groups, no matter what the income level. See Note below.

NOTE: You should keep detailed and accurate records of your Chapter’s income and expenses. The international headquarters will file the appropirate annual IRS report for you but a chapter financial report is required to do so. A sample Chapter Financial Report, either as an MS Exel spreadsheet with automatically-recalculating totals or a PDF print form for manual data entry, is provided in the resources list above. Please submit the report at the end of your academic year.
